The integration of arts education makes Little Scholars unique and benefits the student because it cultivates the whole child, gradually building many kinds of literacy while developing intuition, reason, imagination and dexterity. We found that performing arts engages young people and shows them creative ways to learn teamwork and the importance of being disciplined. More importantly, it allows young people to freely express themselves and learn new skill sets that can be utilized for a lifetime.
