Quality Child Care and Learning Center offers GSRP with a mission to empower, educate, and celebrate each child so they can be productive, conscientious, creative, and responsible individuals who contribute to society.  The program is FREE for those who qualify with absolutely no cost to the parent for admission, meals, and transportation.  Our teaching staff members are qualified childcare staff according to the Michigan Licensing Standards and our classrooms provide a class size and ratio of 1:6 adult to child.  Students attending Quality Child Care Learning Center utilize the High Scope Curriculum.  The High Scope Preschool Curriculum is based on the principles of active learning and support of a child’s positive interactions with adults and peers.  Longitudinal studies show that the High Scope Preschool Curriculum promotes children’s development and provides lasting benefits in adulthood.
